Gowdy: The President Does Not Make Law

Washington, DC - Today, House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration and Border Security Chairman Trey Gowdy (R-SC) testified before the House Rules Committee in support of a resolution allowing the Speaker of the House to file an amicus brief in the Supreme Court litigation United States v.
